We have different tiers for different kind of skills. you set your own price tier.
If you have $250 an hour at your day job, we recommend you charge $75 to $99 for an interview. So roughly 33%-40% of your day job.
We are doing it for sheer passion to help talent.
Platform takes a portion to pay for operations and staff. We are working hard to break-even and to reduce the operations cost.
Majority of our interviewers and mentors makes 3 to 5 times more money per hour at their current employment.
This platform is for individuals who like to help talented candidates. Its a good karma.
Currently we are charging a small token amount from interviewee/mentee. This is to make sure everyone's time is used wisely.
We appreciate your willingness to help and you may choose to donate the money you earn.
Money can be tight for some talented individuals, We are working on creating an offering where candidate pay 50% now and 50% after they get an offer.
